Oceňujem, že mi nikto neprikazuje ako čo treba robiť. Ale nechá ma robiť podľa seba. Vyhovuje mi, že mám voľnosť pri rozhodovaní.

Ešte niektorí nepochopili, že chovanie našich zákazníkov sa zmenilo a preto treba zmeniť aj prístup k nim.

Důraz na skládání jednotlivých týmu - harmonie v týmu. Možnosti kariérního posunu. Neustálý vývoj a pokrok ve všech směrech - firemní SW, HW, předpisy, inovace, školení, benefity

Každému nemusí sedět vnitřní systém řízení procesů, povinnosti, reportování. Na druhou stranu tyto věci i chrání zaměstnance samotného

Oceňuji profesionální jednání a s lidským přístupem, finanční stabilitu, profesní růst, odbornost, atraktivní zaměstnání, a že pracuji v české společnosti.
