Oceňuji individuální přístup. Je jedno, jestli se jedná o vedoucího projektu nebo o ředitele divize, přijde mi, že je vše přirozené. Pracovní prostředí si nemohu vynachválit.
Nejsem kolikrát spokojený s nastaveným systémem (popřípadě postupem) v určitých oblastech.

Oceňujem, že mi nikto neprikazuje ako čo treba robiť. Ale nechá ma robiť podľa seba. Vyhovuje mi, že mám voľnosť pri rozhodovaní.
Ešte niektorí nepochopili, že chovanie našich zákazníkov sa zmenilo a preto treba zmeniť aj prístup k nim.
