Oceňuji zkrácenou pracovní dobu 7 hodin. A možnost si vybrat od kolika do kolika chci pracovat.
Ze začátku se mi zde velmi líbilo. Svou práci jsem si dělala podle sebe. Po čase když jsem potřebovala součinnost s ostatními odděleními, tak komunikace vázla.

slušné jednání ze strany nadřízeného
mizerná výplata bez vyhlídky na zlepšení, kůli kovidu i bez slíbených půlročních odměn(vědět to tak ani nenastupuji)
Jobs for people with no work experience
zdravotní asistenti si mohou doplnit dis. nebo bc. při práci obvykle v režimu týden práce/týden studijní volno při úpisu na 5 let od dostudování. Na doplnění vzdělání netrvají, pro asistenty asi nejlepší uplatnění. Pro hotové laboranty dost směšná mzda, vyplatí se jen pokud nechcete dělat na směny a nemáte praxi. Při praxi 4 let je rozdíl mezi výplatou ve státním sektoru a v agelu dost rozdíl,přitom ráce je víceméně stejně náročná.

Neuvěřitelné množství zcela zbytečné administrativy, která při stejném pracovním zařazení na jiném pracovišti nebyla.
