Určitě oceňuji přístup a jednání mojí nadřízené a kolegů. Atmosféra je velice příjemná, mohu svým kolegům a nadřízené důvěřovat ve všem. Obecně mi přijde atmosféra v PRO.MED.CS velice pozitivní, se všemi se dá domluvit a vše se dá vyřešit.

možnost pružné pracovní doby, vybavenost laboratoří (možnost měřit na moderních strojích), skvělý kolektiv na oddělení, super šéf

+ stabilní firma + fajn kolegové - na našem oddělení i při spolupráci s lidmi z jiných oddělení, se kterými jsem v kontaktu - spokojenost + fajn šéf - vstřícnost, podpora, podpora osobního růstu, tolerance, respekt - prostě taky spokojenost + benefity - jazyk, multisportka... + firma roste, nabírá lidi, business je rozjetý a ambice a plány do budoucna, zajímavé projekty, není to nuda nebo rutina, dynamické prostředí (hodně věcí se mění - to nemusí vyhovovat všem) + aktivní využití angličtiny během pracovních schůzek

Některé procesy by mohly být líp nastavené - prostor pro zlepšení. Firma rychle vyrostla, toto je "daň" za růst
