Příjemné prostředí historické budovy, zajímavá práce, benefity, obědy v kantyne.
Vedení je naprosto mimo obor - některé obsazené pozice jsou jen na doplnění stavu, ale určitě ne pro práci - naprosto nesmyslné "modernizování" v prostorách, které pro to nejsou vhodné. ... A mnoho dalšího

Skvělá spolupráce s kolegy na pozicích managerů a se zaměstnanci. Naprosto nekompetentní přístup vedení hotelu jak k managerům tak k zaměstnancům.
Právě nekompetentní přístup vedení a to také k provozním záležitostem hotelu
Complex tasks
V hotelu se vyžaduje školení a tréning podřízených na základě inovovaných postupů ze strany nového vedení. Tyto postupy většinou postrádají profesionalitu vycházející z praxe a jsou měněny během velmi krátké doby. A to průběžně plnit je náročný úkol.

velká spolupráce s kolegy na všech pracovištích hodně odhodlání od všech zaměstnanců odvádět pro hotel a jeho hosty to nejlepší
komunikaci s vedením hotelu, více vyjadřovat podporu podnětům všem lidem z managementu, náležitě naslouchat podnětům od vedoucích pracovníků

Hotel zažívá mnoho změn- nastaly velké investice jak hotelu, tak do zaměstnanců. Krásné prostředí, milí kolegové a otevřený přístup vedení hotelu.
