Lepší mzda
No overtime
Je moc důležité odpracovat fond hodin a plnit si u toho svoje povinnosti a je vyjímkou jít do práce na přesčas.

přátelská atmosféra firma na sobě neustále pracuje pokud je člověk šikovný a má zájem, může se tu realizovat podpora a pomoc v práci i mimo ni
občas se stane, že se informace nedostanou kam mají
Informal work atmosphere
Všichni, napříč firmou se spolu dokážou pobavit, ať už na akcích nebo když se potkají na dvoře. Kravatu tu v podstatě neuvidíte :) Žádný etický kodex nebo manuály, ale víra ve slušné chování a vzájemnou úctu.

Firma ví, že učený z nebe nespadl. Všechno naučí, ale je potřeba, aby se člověk učit chtěl, aby se zajímal a nebál se práce.
