Upřímně nevím, pracovalo se mi dobře, protože jsem se mohla spolehnout že výplata přijde v termínu na účet. Ale vadilo mi, že mě mí nadřízení zneužívají a sami nic nedělají.
Asi by bylo třeba větších kontrol na pracovištích a hlavně větší dohled na pracovní morálku vedoucích pracovníku.

Zaměstnavatel přispíval 300,- na ovoce a zeleninu pře Vánocemi. Domluvili jsme se vždy předem na čerpání dovolené a vycházeli vstříc. Zdarma zaškolení na terminál Sazka. Výměna směn možná dle domluvy s ostatními zaměstnanci a vedoucí. Kariérní postup.
Změna stravenek Hruška na jiný typ. Které lze uplatnit i v jiném obchodě či restauraci než jen v Hruška obchodech. Zvláštní psychologické školení zaměstnanců v chování k zákazníkům i ke kolegům. Soboty otevřeno do 12h, neděle zavřeno. Kamerový systém na prodejnách = jsou tam většinou atrapy. Ochranka hlavně v období sociálních dávek a v odpo hodinách od 16h do zavíračky. Možnost anonymní stížnosti na kolegy či vedoucí pracovníky. A včasné řešení záležitosti.

Vždy výplata v termínu,penzijní pojištění hrazeno zaměstnavatelem,
Aby si více vážili profesionálů,kteří jim vedou kolektiv na prodejně a zajišťují provoz prodejny a za to byli spravedlivé ohodnoceni

Práce mě bavila,ale nebavily mě přesčasy,které byly docela často.
