Je to státní orgán, takže každá pozice je minimálně z půlky administrativní. Plat by mě samotného neuživil, rozhodně ne v Praze. Práce je vhodná pro starší lidi 50+, nebo mladé ženy co chtějí jít v dohledné době na mateřskou.

Výborní kolegové , dobrá pracovní doba a slušný plat i když za mojí práci jsem mohl určitě dostat víc ale můj nadřízený měl jiný názor.
Jak jsem již napsal je to plat a některé úlety mého nadřízeného.

Jediné, čeho jsem si cenila bylo to, že jsem si mohla zajít k lékaři, když to to bylo nutné a neměla jsem obavu a rovněž jsem si mohla dovolit ten přepych být s chřipkou na nemocenské. Mé zdraví jsem si mohla chránit, což je dost důležité.
Rozhodně přebujelou duplicitní administrativu zjednodušit, zlepšit vztahy mezi zaměstnanci a zlepšit profesionální jednání ze strany nadřízených.
