Nejvíce jsem spokojen s kolektivem a s tím, že, co se řekne, to se také dodrží. Líbí se mi i jakási flexibilita pracovní doby.

S ohledem na benefity si myslím, že by zaměstnavatel měl proplácet pojištění způsobení škody zaměstnance zaměstnavateli.

3x uzavření smlouvy na dobu určitou na jeden rok. Nevytváří to v novém zaměstnanci pocit zázemí a důvěry.

Byl jsem v E.ON a to bylo pro mě vrcholem kariéry. Od té doby jsem nic takového nezažil. Ostatní firmy jsou proti E.ON úplné nuly.
