7,5 hodiny pracovní doba, HO není problém, práce v oboru který teď zažívá největší změny za posledních 20 let, férový přístup zaměstnavatele, Work & Life balance není sprosté slovo

Pro lidi kteří nikdy nepracovali v korporátu bude určitě těžší si zvyknout na procesy, schvalování atd. Kdo toto však již zažil tak bude v pohodě...

Jsem velmi spokojený s přístupem k nováčkům. Přístup vedoucích pracovníků je velmi profesionální.

Občas až moc byrokracie. Někdy se dělají věci které nemají smysl ani užitek.

Dokázat se domluvit nejenom s nadřízeným, ale i s kolegy. Ne vždy tomu tak je v jiných společnostech.

EG.D pochopila, že nesmí být jen provozovatelem distribuční sítě, ale musí zákazníkům nabízet i jiné služby s tím spojené, které nejsou dány pouze legislativou.
