Možnost osobního rozvoje. Možnost ovlivnit na čem budu pracovat. Stabilita firmy, u které v jejích dvaceti letech vidím stále nadějnou budoucnost. Možnost s kolegy i s vedením cokoli rozumně dohodnout. Stačí se chovat tak, jak chci aby se ostatní chovali ke mě.
