Záleží na pozici kde člověk je já. Já sám jsem pracoval od výroby až na expedici. Výroba byla i přijatelná ,ale expedice ne. Výhoda je určitě dobré rozložení přestávky kdy jsou dvě a je to takové přijatelnější ,ale to je asi vše
Je to firma kde skoro každej dělá jako agenturní zaměstnanec a je tam hodně brigádníků což jde poznat protože všichni nadřízení vás berou jako nic už po prvním dnu chtějí aby jste pracovali na 100% normy a i více. Obdobně to je i u kolegů kde všichni chtějí aby jste pracoval jako oni i když oni to dělají pět let a vy týden. Hodně velký problém jsou právě tito starší zaměstnanci. Celkově je to prostředí strašné. A ještě jedna věc a to je ,že neustále musíte dělat přesčasi protože třeba děláte na 95% takže to musíte dohnat další den díky čemu tam děláte i dvanáctky ,ale do práce musíte 5x a pak máte dva dny volno prostě automotiv firma

Naučila jsem se hodně věcí na nové pozici, které mohu využít do budoucna
Odnášela jsem neprávem chyby za ostatní
