Firemní kultura NaturaMed je na vysoké úrovní! Kolektiv je velmi ojedinělý. Pracovní prostředí a benefity jsou skvělé.

Nejvíce jsem spokojen s tím, že se NMP snaží své podnikání skloubit s férovým jednáním vůči zákazníkům. V NMP jsou skvělí lidé, báječný kolektiv a výborné zázemí společnosti.
Někdy (ne příliš často) trochu vázne komunikace mezi jednotlivými částmi NMP, hlavně u nových projektů, a je potřeba řešit některé situace narychlo, přestože by se mohly vyřešit v klidu, kdyby byly včas předány potřebné informace. Vyřešily by to např. porady všech zúčasněných stran před započetím aktivit v novém projektu.

V NaturaMed si cením hlavně velké míry zodpovědnost a důvěry nadřízených, dobrý pracovní kolektiv a dynamické prostředí firmy, kde se člověk učí stále něco nového. Díky tomu, že má Naturamed mezinárodní vedení, tak se zde aktivně užívá anglický jazyk, což považuji za výhodu.

V této firmě je člověk spokojený celkově se vším - kolektiv, práce, plat, pracovní doba...různé benefity a skvělé firemní akce. Možnost užívání doplňků stravy od NaturaMed zdarma.
Ne, nespokojenost zde neznám.
