Měli jsme výborný tým, který velmi dobře spolupracoval. Na kolegy z ostatních oddělení a HR bylo spolehnutí.
Pobočka je indické firmy, tím pádem kdo už pracoval s Indi ví, že je to vše na dlouhé lokty. Managment řešil problémy na poslední dobu, požadavky se ztratily ve komplikované hierarchii společnosti, a pokud někdo něco potřeboval, musel automaticky dávat o 2 nadřízené výše, a přidat jako urgentní požadavek.

Skvělý tým (tím myslím místní tým v Praze), zajímavý projekt, pružná pracovní doba, příjemné kanceláře i okolí, postupně se rozšiřující nabídka benefitů
Velmi špatná spolupráce s remote týmem v Indii, VELMI nízká kompetentnost indických kolegů, neupřímnost indických nadřízených, neochota investovat do odborného rozvoje lidí, je velmi těžké prosadit jakoukoli změnu

slušný plat, normálně náročná práce a především nikdo nedělá zbytečně dusno, skoro na všem se dá domluvit.
chybí bonusy, hlavně sick days! taky kanceláře už jsou na limitu obsazení, už je to blízko nechutnému openspace.
