Plat přijde spolehlivě a brzo. Pro THP není problém jít v pracovní době k lékaři.
Šetření na nesprávných místech. Na něčem firma šetří opravdu hodně. Velká fluktuace zaměstnanců Při skončení zaměstnání je THP odebráno osobní ohodnocení, což je asi třetina platu Osobní ohodnocení se dostane jen za odpracované dny, takže pokud máte třeba v měsíci dovolenou, tak dostanete míň než je na platovém výměru

Pravidelné zasílání výplaty. 5 týdnů dovolené.
Byrokratický systém a nesmyslná nařízení a pravidla. Jednat se zaměstnanci by se mělo slušně, jsou to lidé.
