Určitě by se mělo zapracovat na komunikaci napříč firmou. Lépe definovat splnitelné cíle v rámci jednotlivých kompetencí a držet se jich.

možnost domluvit na některých věcech, benefity typu výuka cizích jazyků, možnost práce na velkých zakázkách
nabírat zakázky za lepší peníze a s rozumným časem na jejich vypracování, ocenění práce přesačasů
