Moznost rozvoje. Relativne mozne je si i planovat cas, i kdyz s rostouci administrativou a funkcemi vedouciho pracovnika je ho mene, nez maji moji podrizeni.
Jediny benefit jsou stravenky. Samozrejmosti jako priplatky na dovolenou apod. chybi.
Meaningful work
Prostor pro lidi, kteří věnují své práci víc než jen čas, a možnost získat zpětnou vazbu od studentů a kolegů.
Opportunity to learn new things
Velký prostor pro kreativitu, malé prostředí, ale dynamické. Studenti znají své učitele, a naopak, možnost vytvářet týmy a spolupracovat na různých úrovních. Velká otevřenost a minimální ustrnulá hierarchická struktura.
