Když jste schopní, tak vám stále přidávají víc a víc práce, tudíž se počítá že obětujete svůj soukromý život ve prospěch firmy. Je tam velká fluktuace. Vedení firmy se chová velmi arogantně a jedná z pozice síly. Firemní kultura je otřesná i zaměstnanci mezi sebou se chovají arogantně dle hierarchie. Neposkytují žádné benefity. Chybí mi respektování soukromí zaměstnanců, neúcta k zákazníkům.

flexibilitou jednání vedení, vstřícností, rychlým jednáním a vždy se snaží abych byl jako jejich zaměstnanec spokojen

ze začátku se šéfem pak odešel a přišel nový a ten jen sliby a nic víc
benefity žádné, vánoce- výročí nic neoceněno práce (směny) navíc na zavolání dovoz dokladů-tiskopisů čekání až 5měsíců samé výmluvy a nefér jednání
