Perfektní byl kolektiv a přímí nadřízení. Bohužel již mnoho let tam nepracuji, takže při výměně zaměstnanců, ke kterému logicky během let došlo, tak teď nevím.
V každém případě vrcholné řídící pracovníky. Je třeba s podnikem žít a ne přežívat. Dále 95% zlepšit obchod. Být dobře jazykově vybavení vyjíždět do zahraničí, shánět zakázky, vytvářet nabídky apodob. Trochu se věnovat modernizaci podniku, protože když vstoupíte do budovy ve které se od její výstavby nic nezměnilo, tak si každý udělá obrázek sám. Aj., aj.
