Přátelská atmosféra a lidský přístup. Na výkon není vyvíjen takový tlak jako na většině call centrech a klientských centrech, i když práce je samozřejmě také hodně. Pevná pracovní doba jen pondělí až pátek, možnost občasného home office. Westlogic dělá hezké produkty.
Mladá a menší firma, která nemá takové benefity, jako třeba velké korporáty.

Nové a moderní kanceláře.

Úkoly, které se řeší v rámci týmu vždy vedou viditelným výsledkům. Je fajn, když práce kterou dělám, dává smysl a je vždy vidět co se podařilo.
