- možnosť rýchlo sa profesne vzdelávať vďaka tomu že firma je menšia a tým pádom sa človek dostane k viacerým technológiam - možnosť vyskúšať si rôzne technológie a rozhodovať o tom ktorá sa použije - viditeľné výsledky práce - na všetkom sa dalo dohodnúť - flat hierarchy - dobrý kolektív ľudí - naozaj flexibilná pracovná doba - ranajky zadarmo vo forme müsli :]
- plat je o niečo nižší ako vo väčších firmách, ale v prípade keď sa človek posúva a učí nové veci tak ja osobne som nikdy nemal problém so zvýšením platu - chcelo by to aspoň 25 dní dovolenky, to je už taký IT štandard..
