Uvolněnou atmosférou. Možnosti rozvoje jazykových a technických dovedností. Pružná pracovní doba. Občerstvení na pracovišti. Benefity.

Občas chaotické projekty a řešení věcí na poslední chvíli. Omezený kariérní postup. Absence třináctého platu.

Přátelské prostředí téměř rodinné, na všem se dá rozumně domluvit. Zaměstnavatel pořádá pro zaměstnance spoustu akcí (sportovních i společenských). Hodně benefitů - stravenky, sickday, příspěvek na dopravu, multisportka, a další. Pro některé pozice možnost částečného home-office. ... a výplata chodí včas ;-)

Zaměstnavatel, který široko daleko převyšuje ostatní místní firmy v pozitivním přístupu a férovosti. Snaha o to, aby se zde lidem pracovalo dobře je velmi výrazná, což odráží např. také propracovaný systém benefitů a pořádaných akcí.

Mzdové podmínky jsou individuální a jako všude, vždy mohou být lepší. Komunikace mezi lidma a týmy někdy drhne ale jazykovou bariérou to zrovna není.
