Velmi si vážím, že mohu příjít za svým nadřízeným a říct, že něco neumím či nevím. Ten se mě snaží nasměrovat k pochopení problému a vyřešit jej tak.

Zmírnit administrativní zátěž, více naslouchat trhu a dávat si reálné cíle.
