Skvělý brand, zajímavé projekty, velmi pěkný bonusový systém (dosažitelný)

Přesčasy relativně pravidelná součást, krátké deadliny projektů a časté změny v projektech.

Opportunity to use foreign languages

Komunikace se zahranicnimi kolegy na denni bazi. Velka cast kolegu je cinske narodnosti. Ceska pobocka aoucasti velkeho clusteru, kde si mezi sebou staty predavaji zkusenosti a spolecne kooperuji.

Zajimava, dynamicka, ruznoroda prace, s multikulturním prostředím.

Menší flexibilita, občas nesmyslne ukoly, nepruhledna strategie společnosti.

Nic v této společnosti nefunguje,procesy,management,organizační strukturu nezná zaměstnanec ani po 6ti letech,vše je neprůhledné,firma nic neřeší.

Ještě stále nové technologie.

Přístup k zaměstancům, zejména akceptaci různých názorů, zájmů, vědomostí a jejich následná reálná implementace a reálné ocenění. Firma je příliš "Čínská" s mnoha kolegy z Číny kteří, ale v reálu nemají zájem o poznání ani lokálních natož vlastních interních Huawei pravidel.

Samostatná činnost, ale i tým co pomůže, když je třeba. Zodpovědnost za konkrétní zákazníky/úkoly od počátku až do konce.

Transparentnost! Procesy. Přístup k seniorním zaměstnancům, které společnost zbytečně ztrácí. Kvalitnější průběžná školení zaměstnanců.
