Výplata přišla každý měsíc, i když na tom firma byla špatně
Pokud jsi šikovný, dostals přidáno (práce). Šílený management a způsob řízení firmy. V této firmě se nosí "držet hubu a krok". Do moderní firmy má ještě daleko.

Benefity v podobě stravenek a FlexiPass.
Člověk zakrní, nic se nenaučí, nic zde nefunguje, otřesná domluva, organizace naprosto chaotická, vedení nerozumí problémům, hrají si pouze na manažery.

Zajímavá práce. Pracovní doba. Na oddělení dobří kolegové.
Velmi často nesmyslné požadavky a rozhodnutí hlavního vedeni. Špatné nastavení mzdové hladiny jednotlivých profesí. (některá oddělení jsou nesmyslně přeplácena a některá jsou vyloženě podfinancována)

Bohuzel absolutne nic!
Chtelo by to zmenu vlastnika a kompletni restrukturalizaci, protoze se tam zastavil cas!!!

Víceméně jednosmenný provoz, nemusím stát u pásu.
Přehodnocení mezd jednotlivých úseků, odpovědnost za nesmyslně zadávané termíny, díky kterým se zbytečně musí pracovat víkendy a svátky (zaměstnavatele to taky dost stojí), díky nehorázně špatné organizaci ( občas to vypadá, že lidé z vedení neví co mají dělat) trpí kvalita, lidé jsou demoralizováni a neodvádí dobrou práci!

Stabilní přísun práce, dobrou spolupráci s kolegy, vstřícný přístup.
Zbytečné THP funkce, lepší vybavenost speciálním nářadím, lepší organizace práce
