S peněžním ohodnocením.
V Hamleys se praktikuje velmi proamerický aktivní přístup k zákazníkovi. Problém je v tom, že nadřízený to kontroluje, a tak vás donutí jít za jedním člověkem víckrát než jednou, mluvit s lidmi jejichž jazyk neovládáte rukama nohama (a nejedná se o základní jazyky typu němčina, angličtina, francouština). Obecně je jejich přístup založen na “otravování” zákazníka conejdéle, vnucování produktů (a ano je mi proti srsti na povel nadřízených nutit 70leté paní, která mi sdělila, že chce “drobný dárek pro vnučku jen tak”, obří panenku za 2500 Kč).

Super kolegove na moji smene. Prace s detmi a nauceni se lepe anglickeho jazyka.
Nezajem ze strany zamestnavatele, moc velke naroky ktere se nedaji splnit.
