Možnost navolit si směny dle aktuálního času, většinou pohodová pracovní atmosféra. Dobré jako uplatnění pro osobu bez praxe.
Když už projekt nemá vstupní školení, mohli by mít alespoň papír se seznamem základních vecí potřebných k práci (zde sežeň přístupové práva, tuhle činnost vykonávej v tomhle programu..) aby si člověk opravdu vystačil se zaškolením od kolegy, který nechce být otravován. + By mohli vylepšit organizaci smluv.

Kolektiv, zázemí, stabilita, neformální prostředí, příležitost něco dokázat.
Všude se najde prostor ke zlepšení, ale Trasku nic zásadního nechybí. Snad jen ty Tatranky by se mohli vyměnit za něco kvalitnějšího a sedmdesátikorunová stravenka přestává stačit :-)

je zde spousta fajn lidi napric oddelenimi, nestalo se mi ze by mi nekdo odmitl pomoci, moznost rozvoje, vedeni vam pri setkani neda najevo povysenost ci aroganci
jako kazda velka firma jsou i zde problemy v koordinaci projektu ale to je vsude, benefity jsou hodne slabe

Benefity byly docela zajímavé: firemní telefon i tarif pro osobní použití skvělé kafe a denní občerstvení v kanceláři hezké kanceláře Dále jsem si vyzkoušel i nové technologie, což beru jako pozitivní věc.
Nevyhovalo mi, že celý tým fungoval pouze remote a v kanceláři, jsme se potkali jen párkrát. Někteří kolegové nebyli ochotní pomoct, v případě dotazů většinou neměli moc čas, jelikož se věnovali svoji práci.
