Lipka je jedna z nejpřátelštějších organizací, kterou vůbec znám. Všichni se k sobě chovají ohleduplně a laskavě, snaží si vyjít vstříc a vždy je někdo, koho člověk může požádat o radu/pomoc💚

smysluplnost práce, společné hodnoty pestrost práce - učím se spoustu nových věcí volná pracovní doba
Náročnost práce (časová i z hlediska vkládané energie a nápadů - ale nestěžuju si, popohání mě to dál)
