Umění je krásné a obohacuje duši. Státní příspěvkový sektor je složitý systém, musíte na to být typek. Nesmí vám vadit byrokracie a to že se věci hýbou pomalu. Fajt byl vizionář, ale byla one man show, nikde jsem takový styl řízení neviděla, ale jinak dobrá zkušenost. Viděla jsem úžasné výstavy
Umění krásné a vztahy mezilidské složité. Bez stovky papíru se nic nepohnulo dopředu. Za Fajta se vyměnilo 70% lidí, takže fičák ,který není ani ve FMCG:).

Práce v pěkném uměleckém prostředí. Mezi téměř jediné benefity pro zaměstnance patřil bezplatný vstup do expozic.
Ačkoliv zaměstnání v galerii může vypadat velice lákavě, tak se bohužel stále jedná o státní instituci, ve které se ani smítko prachu nepohne bez schválení od tří různých oddělení. Bohužel kromě externě pořádaných akcí se v galerii nic nekoná a množství návštěvníků je až nešťastné. Nejvíce mi ale vadila manipulace a intriky ze strany nadřízených.

Možnost stát se komisařem české účasti na architektonickém bienále v Benátkách 2014
Přílišná a nesmyslná byrokracie, která byla překážkou k realizaci kreativních nápadů.

Non-stressful work
Jde o příspěvkovou organizaci, kde lidé nejsou hodnoceni podle tvrdých dat výkonu v daných termínech nebo se slabými manažery, které výkony nevyžadují ani po sobě.
