V pojišťovně D.A.S. jsem teprve chvíli, ale za tu dobu jsem pochopila, že lidé, kteří mne obklopují, jsou spolehliví a přátelští. To také platí o přístupu personálního oddělení a mého nadřízeného. Do práce chodím ráda a práce se mi líbí. Věřím, že v D.A.S. najdu svou profesní budoucnost.

Příjemné prostředí, systém evidence docházky a personální obsluhy, přístup do právních systémů, evidence stanovisek.

Systém zpracování požadavků, často poruchový, zbytečně složitý.

Skvělá firma :-) Super služby a jediné v ČR. Nadřízený je skvělý, nápomocný, loajální, přímočarý a mohu se na něj spolehnout. Co vidím největším přínosem od nadřízeného? Tak je to, že obchod zvládá perfektně. Firma má skvěle zázemí a postavení na trhu a jsem velmi ráda, že jsem její součástí.

V současné době nejsem spokojena s produkcí. Ale naopak je to pro mne výzva zvednout region ze dna. Vše je o náboru nových obchodníků, pravidelných telefonátech, schůzkách ..., toto vše mohu ovlivnit já, proto jsem ve skvělé firmě.
