Předali mi spoustu informací a zkušeností, které využívám teď jinde. Myslím si, že kdekoliv jinde bych tolik zkušeností jen tak nezískal.
Směřování firmy. Vedoucí pozice dělají lidé, kteří o dopravě nic nevědí - svá místa si tak zvaně vyseděli rokama. Chaotické plánování. Firma nabírá více práce než zvládne. Nevhodne zachazeni s ridici.
No overtime
Prace bez prescasu a to doslova (zamestnavaji lidi s detma, kteri chteji kazdou chvili odejit driv neno dovolenou, volno, sami si pomalu urcuji homeoffice apod). Tim, ze se uz diky nekompetentnimu vedeni po dispecerech nic nevyzaduje (s umyslem, aby to zvladl delat i clovek, ktery pracoval napr na poste za prepazkou), jen aby zvedali telefony ridicum, tak prakticky muzete vypnout telefon po pracovni dobe. Slovo prescas tady uz neexistuje.
