Skvělý kolektiv, ale do té doby, dokud se někomu nepřestanete zamlouvat. Práce která baví, různorodá.
Málo placená práce - za hodně práce málo muziky jak se říká. Kolektiv jak umí být skvělý, tak i zákeřný. Levá ruka neví co dělá pravá a špatná organizace práce-někdy není co dělat, jindy je práce nad hlavu

Rodinná atmosfera, prostor pro kreativitu, důvěra v zaměstnance
Nastavit interní procesy, zajistit jednotnou politiku směrem ke klientům, zlepšit informovanost zaměstnanců

Zadřízení jsou milý, vstřícní a ochotní.
Ohodnocení je průměrné. Množství práce, tudíž i potřeba zaměstnanců nestabilní.
