Líbí se mi pracovat ve stabilní společnosti s velkým jménem. Oceňuji benefity v podobě stravenek a ošacení, a také to, že Lindex jako takový, dle mého názoru, dbá na názor každého zaměstnance a na jeho osobnost vúbec.

Rozdělení pracovních povinností se mi někdy zdá nerovnoměrné. Někdy také trošinku skřípou vztahy na pracovišti a pokulhává feedback.

Styl, důvěru vloženou Store Managerovi, zázemí, které je poskytnuto zamětnancům, oděvní benefit.

Spíš jde o jednotilvé prodejny, já jsem vlastně u firmy velmi spokojená, ale naše prodejna nemá velký zisk a tím přichází větší nejistota...že nebude práce, apod.

Dlouholeté zkušenosti s modou a s prodejem nejen na evropských trzích. Společnost zajímá názor zaměstnanců a zákazníků. Velmi vstřícné chování k zaměstnancům.

Komunikace obchodu s centrálou. Dodržování termínů.
