Ve firmě se dobře pracuje, je zde přátelská atmosféra a zároveň dostatek času na seberealizaci.
Freedom and independence
Volnost a samostatnost je zde díky způsobu vedení a dobře nastavené delegaci. Zaměstnanci mají vlastní zodpovědnost a možnost rozhodovat se podle sebe a s nadřízenými si jen ověřovat postup.
