Přátelský neformální kolektiv a smysluplná práce, zábavné teambuildingové a vzdělávací akce, důvěra vedení a dobrá atmosféra na pracovišti.
Časově náročná práce (vyžaduje flexibilitu zaměstnance), vnitřní komunikace a organizační struktura je sice jasně stanovená, ale poněkud nefunkční - někteří zaměstnanci jsou do dění vtaženi víc a jiní méně
