Paní vedoucí jen ranní neústupná. Když byl problém se směnami a kolegyně omarodila ona si jela pořad to svoje ranní. Člověk tam o víkendu udělal hromadu práce nepochválila. Myslím si že kdyby změnily směny a přidaly trochu peněz člověk by si neměl možná na co stěžovat. V uvozovkách samozřejmě je to přece jen práce s lidmi ta je kolikrát nevděčná. Další problém vedení firmy arogantní nevděčné jen slibují a skutek utekl. Už více než.
Komunikace se zákazníky to mě tam bavilo.

Seberealizace, clenitost prace, spousta moznosti a prilezitosti se dale rozvijet, dobry kolektiv, zajimave bonusy.
Spoluprace lidi z jinych oddeleni. iT je pro ne stale pouze “me to nefunguje”, pokud neco nefunguje nehledahi chybu u sebe ale za vse muze program a lidi tak ztraci schopnost resit problemy sami, protoze se stale vice spolehaji ze IT vyresi vse.

Slevy pro zamestnance. Pratelstvi mezi kolegy. Rozmanitost prace. Stabilita.
Kazdy problem se da vyresit. Takze nemam co napsat.

Na prodejnach je zbozi podle sezony, prace tim padem neni jednotvarna. Vedeni nestresuje zamestnance na prodejnach,naopak se snazi pomoci,vyresit pripadne problemy. Komunikace je dobra a kdyz je dobry napad, vedeni jej podpori.
