Naučit se nové věci, pokud je to nová zkušenost. Zároveň zkušený člověk bude mít naučené i jiné (a někdy) lepší způsoby práce, a to může být důvodem k nespokojenosti.

S penezmi.
S tím že každý měl jiné osobní ohodnocení v pracovní smlouvě i přesto ze nastupovali třeba měsíc po sobě, nedalo se spolehnout na mlčenlivost nadřízené ,
