V rámci trhu se jedná o velmi spolehlivého zaměstnavatele.
Je to kolos, který se snaží fungovat co nejefektivněji v poměru cena/výkon. Na chyby není moc prostor a neodpouštějí se.

zajímavé benefity, cafeterie, noviny a časopisy možnost být v centru dění vedení, které dává prostor novým nápadům odpovídající platové ohodnocení

Ocenil jsem možnost práce z domova i umožnění neplaceného volna pro delší dovolené.
Žádné ocenění, stále stejný plat a stále více práce, neférové jednání a kromě špatné kritiky a shazování nikdy žádná pochvala.

Byla to velka skola se slusnymi benefiy. Urcite se.mi.toto zamestnani hodilo.do zivotopisu. Naucila jsem se tady opravdu hodne. Pro eleva dobra prace.

Rozvrzeni pracovni doby dle osobnich potreb
-Nedostatecna komunikace mezi pracovniky -Slaba iniciativa/odezva nadrizenych vuci podrizenym -Ne prilis velky zajem o inovaci prac. procesu -Vyse platoveho ohodnoceni

Mnohé jsem se naučila, oceňuju skvělý kolektiv (ten nejbližší) i skvělou nejbližší šéfovou, hezké pracovní prostředí.
Myslím, že CNC jako korporát má svá pozitiva stejně jako negativa a každý, kdo do tak velké firmy nastoupí, s nimi musí počítat. Někdy je složitejší komunikace mezi jednotlivými odděleními, ale to k takové práci patří.

Zajímavé zkušenosti a příležitosti, které bych jinde neměla. Osobní přátelský přístup, nekonfliktní prostředí. Jde o velkou stabilní mediální společnost.
Plat by mohl být o něco vyšší vzhledem k pracovnímu nasazení.
