Oceňuji časovou flexibilitu a různorodost práce i poměrně dobře technicky vybavené prostředí.
Platové ohodnocení je neprůhledné. Panuje zde přísná hierarchie a přístup k zaměstnancům je nerovný. Kromě příspěvku na stravné zde neexistují žádné bonusy, které jsou jinde běžné - např. penzijní připojištění.

Nižší příjem než v soukromé sféře. Byrokratičnost.
