Skvělí kolegové a nadřízení.
Prospěla by modernizace systémů.
Opportunity to work during studies
Sama osobně toto nemohu posoudit, protože nestuduji, ale zprostředkovaně od jiných mám informace, že se tady na ČZU dá dobře skloubit studium s prací a dovedu si i představit, že by to šlo, kdybych se rozhodla intenzivně vzdělávat.
Freedom and independence
Určitě záleží na jednotlivých nadřízených a senioritě/junioritě jednotlivých pracovníků, ale vnímám, že dobří šéfové-lídři tady na ČZU dávají minimálně seniorským pracovníkům dostatek volnosti a samostatnosti dělat svojí práci tak, jak s využitím svých znalostí a zkušeností nejlépe umí, což je skvělé.
