Zaměstnavatel mě přímo nutí k neustálému se rozvíjení. Jsou jasně nastavená pravidla, která všichni dodržují. Vedení se chová velmi příjemně a slušně, nebojím se tak sdělit jim svůj názor, případně je požádat o radu. Na to, že se jedná o úřad, se jedná o velice vstřícné a moderní prostředí.
Prozatím jsem nenašla nic, s čím bych nebyla spokojená.

Vychází vstříc svým zaměstnancům z pohledu na soukromý rodinný život, lze si domluvit pracovní dobu
Lépe vybírat své zaměstnance s ohledem na již ustálený kolektiv, a také na kvality noveho zaměstnance.
