Cely system je spatne nastaveny. Urednici na ministerstvu maji strach udelat chybu, protoze se boji potrestani. Namestci a ministri jsou bud zalobovani, nebo jsou casto odtrzeni od realnych dopadu jejich dopadu do nemocnic a mezi bezne lidi. Nikdo v jednotlivych tematech neposloucha skutecne odborniky z praxe.

Příspěvek na dopl. penzijní spoření. Stravenková i benefitní karta. Možnost homeoffice (ne moc a ne vždy když člověk chce nebo potřebuje, ale alespoň něco). Možnost podílet se na projektech s reálným dopadem na zdravotní služby.
Zdlouhavé procesy. Nehorázná byrokracie. U mnoha spolupracovníků neochota efektivně a rychle jednat a pracovat. Ve vedoucích pozicích nekompetentní lidé, vedení a motivování lidí mnohým z nich nic neříká. Především ale chybí rovnoměrná delegace úkolů. Výběrová řízení na pracovní místa jsou mnohdy již dopředu rozhodnuta. V některých odborech či odděleních se dost intrikuje a pomlouvá.

Odstranit politické náměstky, neutralizovat vliv politiků a lobbistů na chod státní správy, posílit nezávislost státní správy (posílit zákon o státní službě), odstranit provázanost se soukromými subjekty, velmi výrazně zvýšit finanční ohodnocení
