Zajímavé benefity - zlevněné stravné, vstupenky do kina, poukazy na služby, bezúročná půjčka, příspěvek na dovolenou,... Vzdělávací semináře v místě pracoviště.
Práce s lidmi je krásná, ale obtížná... Senioři nejsou vždy vlídní (a ani rodinní příslušníci). Součástí práce je i umírání obyvatel :(
