V Airs Manufacturing panuje čistý chaos - se zaměstnanci na dělnických pozicích se tam nikdo moc nezaobírá. Panuje tam vysoká rotace nových zaměstnanců.
Slabé personální oddělení, které nezvládá svou práci. Nefunkční vedení, které stále opakuje ty stejné chyby (pro nové zaměstnance až totalitní režim). Nekompetentní (až na výjimky) lidé ve vedoucích pozicích. Airs Manufacturing - nově již Denso snad situaci postupně zlepší, ale bude to běh na dlouhou trať, protože nekompetentnost je v této firmě hluboce zakořeněná.
