Při nástupu vstřícného chování, které se časem zhoršovalo až k nevydržení, podrazy, spolupráce s nadřízenýmy byla katastrofální celých 10 let, pak jsem změnila oddělení, kde to bylo naprosto perfektní. Proto můj šéf také odešel, protože podrazy nadřízených se stávaly čím dál víc nesnesitelní.
zlepšit by se dalo jedině změnou celého vedení ZZS.
