Mám jistou svoji pozici, místo se vždy najde i po návratu z mateřské. Máme tzv. Sick days a 5 týdnů dovolené, možnost úpravy pracovní doby (podle dojíždění atd.). Stravenky a jistá mzda jsou samozřejmostí. Práce není složitá, vždycky kolegové rádi poradí. Jsem zde moc spokojená.
Kdyby se zvýšila nástupní mzda, určitě by byl větší zájem o práci na soudě. Absolventi středních škol se zrovna nehrnou.
