Svoboda rozhodnout se kdy a jak pracovat, ovšem pokud nemáte klienty se kterými uděláte obchod je to ztráta času. Tím že je tato práce na OSVČ nemá cenu se moc bavit co zlepšit ve společnosti, protože se pracovalo v týmech a centrála se snažila vyhovět ve všem
Regulace ze strany státu, která je nakloněna klientům a na poradce se zapomíná, česky trh je v tomto dosti přeplněný poradci. U samotné firmy bych nic neměnil
