S chováním nadrizenych,vice uplatňování práce na jednotlivce ( protežování vycuranych lidi)...

Pro tyto lidi to je vhodné,jako odpočinek před důchodem...nejste placeni úkolem , ale hodinovou částkou...

V kanceláři - pevná pracovní doba, plneni úkolů dle zákonů platných v CR, pravidelný měsíční příjem ( člověk se nemusí bát,ze by zaměstnavatel nezaplatil).
