Peníze vždy včas. Podpora, novinky, školení, skvělá informovanost a dostupnost.
Občas je až moc změn a metodiky. Administrativa narůstá.

Férovost, snaha zlepšovat, IT podpora
Je to velká loď a některé věci nejdou hned.
Meaningful work
Jsou odvětví, ve kterém lidé nutně potřebují kvalitní službu. Potřebují zajistit důvěru, pomoc, vysvětlení. A právě tímto odvětví je i finanční sektor, a Kapitol a.s. jednoznačně podporuje službu a pomoc lidem, kteří to potřebují.

Práce byla pro mne velká škola. Hodně jsem se naučil. Přesnost, psychologie, dochvilnost, pečlivost, vystupování.....orientace, rozhled.. Velký přínos pro život...

U Kapitolu je volná pracovní doba. Výdělky záleží jen a jen na vás. Spolupráce s kolegy a šéfem je skvělá. Pomáháme si navzájem.
