Se skvělým kolegou, který byl mým zavádějicim učitelem. S možností se rozvijet v učitelských kompetencich. S vysokou kvalitou učitelů 1.stupne. S vybavou školy. A s možností se vzdělávat a mít to další vzdělávání zaplacené.
Vysoký výkon a nárok na učitele Obrovský tlak a zasahování rodičů a malá ochrana ze strany vedení a města
